Do you know what your panic attacks causes really are? The causes (or triggers) could be one of many things. You may not have discovered your triggers yet.

When my wife was driving, a certain junction was her trigger. Every time she stopped at that junction, it hit her. Rapid heart beat and shortness of breath within seconds.
